“Getting People Who May Be Interested In What You Have To Offer.” No more than that. Just getting them to enter your Department Store.
Sales Conversion is turning those people into paying customers. Getting the ‘browsers’ to go to the till. Building an on-going system that repeats and runs itself, so you don’t have to.
Customer Maximisation is getting all your customers, old and new, to spend more with you by
- Spending More Per Transaction
- Buying Bigger Quantities and/or
- Buying A Wider Range
- Making A Purchase More Often
- Staying A Loyal Customer For Longer
- Giving You Introductions, Referrals, Recommendations And Testimonials
We need to apply different approaches to each
- Getting them interested
- Converting this interest into payment
- Keep them coming back
- And saying good things about you

How does each module work?
